I like shipping small, boring changes that make websites faster and clearer. I measure with Core Web Vitals and Search Console, and I write down what breaks.

Origin story

I moved from Nepal to Canada and had to re-learn the web with constraints: noisy apartments, spotty internet, and odd hours. That’s where my bias for simple, reliable systems came from. I don’t chase shiny frameworks; I chase fewer requests and stable layouts.

How I work

Start small: First week is audit + one measurable fix shipped.
Show receipts: I link to diffs, logs, or screenshots in a short note.
Think in budgets: JS/CSS/image budgets; performance fails a build.
Prefer clarity: Fewer moving parts; simple pipelines over clever ones.

What I’m building

Small tools that help teams see and fix what matters: a CWV monitor, a SERP preview, safer templates for programmatic pages. I publish the thinking behind them.
